Offers online classes in pain education and pain management for people with pain to learn about chronic pain physiology and tools for effective self-management.
Online classes include their foundational program, Empowered Relief which is available for all patients. Other classes include their Monday night webinars on important topics such as sleep, nutrition and safe movement, mindfulness and relaxation, cognitive behavioural therapy, and emotional freedom for pain management.
Classes are available to registered patients of the Bill Nelems Clinic. Non-patients may inquire about eligibility by emailing painclinic1@shaw.ca. Classes are covered by MSP for BC residents.
