First Nations & Inuit Hope for Wellness Help Line - 24/7 emotional support

If you're experiencing emotional distress and want to talk, call the First Nations and Inuit Hope for Wellness Help Line. It's toll-free and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Provides culturally competent 24-hour telephone crisis intervention and online chat counselling support for First Nations and Inuit people. Service is nation-wide and available in English and French, as well as Cree, Ojibway, and Inuktut upon request. Counsellors also work with callers to identify follow-up services they can access in their communities.
